Randy Recognized in Nashville Scene's Annual Critic's Poll

 The 12th Annual Country Music Critics' Poll has just been published in the Nashville Scene, and Randy's self-titled debut album made the critics' list of Top Albums.  He was also named one of the five top New Acts, along with Pistol Annies, The Civil Wars, Thompson Square and Sunny Sweeney. Randy Hits The Road with Lady Antebellum in November

After selling out every city on the group's first-ever headlining tour, Multi-Platinum trio Lady Antebellum announced today that they will launch the first leg of their OWN THE NIGHT 2011 TOUR on Nov. 11 in Knoxville, TN. Both the tour name and the trio's upcoming album OWN THE NIGHT were inspiried by the album's second single, the anthemic "We Owned the Night."

Along with Josh Kelley, Randy will be opening for Lady A on several dates on their new tour. See the full list of these dates below.

It’s not difficult to see Southern rock’s intertwining with country music over the last few decades. While Charlie Daniels and Hank Williams Jr. have long had their feet planted in both genres, Travis Tritt and Montgomery Gentry—and more recently Jason Aldean and Justin Moore—have not been shy about professing the influence Southern rock has had on their music.
